What is the relevant procedure for the management of news, programmes and club information?
Fill in the input fields and select the possible options. Then click on “validate” or on “validate and view”
Add the desired pictures and do not forget to respect the format, under the tab “Images” on the left side of the screen
Add the documents relating to the event, under the tab “Files” on the left-hand side of the left side of the screen
After having registered (via Login), I cannot browse through the site.
Select your Club in the drop-down menu and click on “Send” to open the list of management menus.
What do the display options mean?
Public: this means that the contents can be viewed by everyone without login
District: the contents can only be viewed by Rotarians of the District after registration via login
Club: the contents can only be viewed by Rotarians of the Club after registration via login
Committee and commissions: the contents can be viewed by the Committee and the Commissions after registration via login
Committee: the contents can be viewed by the Committee of the Club after registration via login
Hidden: the contents can only be viewed by the Secretary and the CICO after registration via login
Where can I register with my login and which password do I use?
For Districts 1620 and 2170
On www.rotary1620.org (District 1620) or on www.rotary2170.org (District 2170), you can register under the tab “FOR MEMBERS/Login” with your user name/password in the new management system of the Club (CMS). Under user name, you enter your private e-mail address stored in the Rotary directory (or business e-mail address, if you do not have a private e-mail address). If you have forgotten your password or need to request a new password, please read the section below “How to request a new password/Forgot password?”.
For the District 1630
On [CLUBNAME].rotary1630.org (District 1630), you can register under the tab “FOR MEMBERS/Login” with your user name/password in the new system.
How to request a new password/Forgot password?
Go to the home page of your District or Club website
Go to “Request password/Forgotten” (under the tab “FOR MEMBERS”)
Enter your private or business e-mail address (e-mail address mentioned in the Rotary database)
You will receive your user name and password by e-mail
If you do not have an e-mail address, please contact your CICO (Club Manager) who will give you the necessary information to access the system.
